Cylburn Arboretum Engagement Session – Claire and Maks

Fall engagement sessions just seem to hit a little different! and Claire and Maks’s session was no different. The light during their session was so golden and dreamy. It was like heaven! We met at Cylburn Arboretum to celebrate their engagement, which seemed fitting as Maks proposed at an arboretum in Philadelphia!

Claire and Maks met while both working at a physical therapy clinic and have been together over five years. Claire now works as an opera singer, how cool is that?! While Maks works as a physical therapist. They love to be active together and cooking at home together.

Neither had done a formal photography session together before so this was new to both of them. That is a pretty common trend for most engaged couples! Aside from headshots or senior portraits, an engagement session is the first time a couple may do professional photos together. Claire and Maks were naturals in front of the camera! They both truly embraced being with each other and making new memories during their session. The results were beautiful!
