One thing I love about Baltimore is the unique charm of the city. Hence the nickname “Charm City”. With it, there are a number of unique wedding venues in Baltimore where you can say “I do”. Take a look at these 18 unique Baltimore wedding venues.

The Butterfly Room

The Butterfly Room doubles as the showroom for Sandtown Furniture, which is where the name comes from – butterfly joints used to adjoin two pieces wood and reinforce cracks. Natural light abounds in this space with a 260 guest capacity. Once the sunsets, the space transforms into a cozy, inviting reception to dance the night away. The Butterfly Room is located in Pigtown, minutes from Downtown Baltimore and the stadiums.

Mount Washington Mill Dye House

The Mill Dye House is a former cotton mill, built in 1810. For you history loving folks, it is the third oldest existing cotton mill in the US. It now serves as a wedding and event space. You can say “I do” in the private courtyard. Then transition into the main room where industrial charm abounds. With exposed beams, rustic brick, your guests will be awed. The Mill Dye House has the ability to accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing.

The Winslow

The Winslow, which once served as a factory for metal lithography, is a one of a kind Baltimore wedding venue! Perfect for couples wanting industrial charm with a modern flair. Natural light abounds in the Trainshed for your ceremony. Followed by dinner and dancing for up to 250 guests in the main room, which features exposed timber beams and a second floor mezzanine. The Winslow is minutes from downtown Baltimore and the stadiums.

George Peabody Library

The George Peabody Library is nothing short of breathtaking when you step inside. For real. The library boasts one of a kind architecture and quaint library feel. The Library is nestled in the heart of Mount Vernon, across the circle from the Washington Monument (no not the DC one, the Baltimore one!). Evergreen Museum

The Belvedere Hotel

Now typically when I think of the Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore, I think of their more classic Grand Ballroom. But that’s not their only event space. If you’re looking for a modern space, check out the 13th Floor. For up to 85 guests. For a more casual event, check out the hotel’s prohibition era bar, The Owl Bar, which can accommodate 40-70 guests.
