Hugs. Tears of joy. Smiles. Laughs.
After saying I do, Claire and Maks’s families greeted them with celebratory hugs and congratulations. There were so many smiles, tears, and hugs to go around. Each and every family member was so thrilled for the couple and happy to welcome each other into their families.
So much love and joy surrounded Claire and Maks throughout the entire wedding day. Including Claire getting ready with her closest girls and mom. They chatted about her upcoming honeymoon, final year in her Masters program, and reminisced on their years of friendship. Laughing about choosing her dress because she had three options! And sharing in her getting ready moments.
Throughout the reception that love became even more apparent with each speech that was given. So many friends and loved ones wanted to say something about the couple. Including a groomsmen sharing a funny story about cold plunging in the woods with glow sticks with Maks. Because he ‘never does anything with half effort’. And Claire’s brother making everyone cry, myself included, as he talked about Claire in such a loving, poetic manner. Reminding Maks of the absolute rare and precious gem that he married.
Congratulations Claire and Maks! Thank you so much for allowing me to share in your wedding day. Claire you were such a beautiful bride. and Maks, I loved your positive, welcoming spirit. You both have so much love surrounding you and to equally give to the world. I cannot wait to watch your marriage blossom.
