Feeling like you and your boo (do people still say that???) do the same thing every weekend? Every now and then, it’s nice to do something different. Maybe you want to experience something new together, make new memories, meet new people, or spice things up. I’m here for it!

I’ll be honest, me and my guy pretty much do the same thing every Saturday. We love watching the UFC fights and they are on pretty much every weekend, so you can usually find us on the couch on a Saturday night. Super romantic watching guys and girls punch each other, but it’s our thing!

  1. Make some smores and enjoy a bonfire

  2. Experience some live music 

  3. Cook or grill a new recipe together

  4. Have a picnic at your favorite park (you could even use a service like Just Go Out who will set up your picnic for you!)

  5. Be kids again playing laser tag

  6. Go axe throwing at Urban Axes or Stumpy’s

  7. Try your minds at an escape room

  8. Have drinks at an outdoor bar like Tiki Lee’s or the Sandlot

  9. Go see a baseball game at Camden Yards

  10. Hangout at a brewery (Our favorite is Big Truck Brewery, extra awesome if the Roseda Farms Food truck is there, so good!)

  11. Go mini golfing or step up your game at the driving range

  12. Enjoy authentic german cuisine at Das Bierhalle 

  13. Grab your mallet and get to picking crabs either at home or one of many restaurants like L.P. Steamers

  14. Take a walk at the Canton Waterfront at sunset

  15. Rent kayaks and paddle around Loch Raven Reservoir

  16. Hike through the state parks

  17. Take a drive through the country (one of our favorites on a Sunday afternoon, but maybe not when gas is $4.55 per gallon)

  18. Indulge in some ice cream at Prigel Family Creamery or Hoffman’s Ice Cream & Deli

  19. See who’s the better Go Kart racer at Autobahn Indoor Speedway

  20. Catch a movie at Bengies Drive-in Theater

  21. Have brunch together at one of many brunch spots in Baltimore, like Miss Shirley’s

  22. Have a relaxing day at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel

  23. Attempt glass blowing at McFadden Art Glass

  24. Take in nature at the Howard Peter Rawlings Conservatory and Botanic Gardens

  25. Listen to classical music performed by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra

  26. Bowl ten frames at Bowlero or Mustang Alley’s

  27. Laugh until you cry at a comedy show at MaGooby’s Joke House

  28. Enjoy some vino at Boordy Vineyards or Basignani Winery

  29. Go rock climbing at Movement Timonium (you probably also know it as Earth Treks)

  30. Let your inner child shine at North Ave Market Arcade and Bar

  31. Have a fun night in with board games like monopoly and parcheesi

  32. Watch the sunset from Federal Hill Park

  33. Participate in a cooking class at Baltimore Chef Shop in Hampden

  34. Turn your backyard into an outdoor movie theater with every pillow in your house

  35. Spend an evening getting photographed by myself! You don’t need an engagement or wedding as a reason to get photos taken with your person.
